Terms of Service — Freight Elevator Sourcing

These terms apply to the public pages and inquiry form operated by Freight Elevator Sourcing. Using the form means you ask this independent desk to restate a requirement and request factory quotes. It does not create a manufacturing contract, an authorised-distributor appointment or an installation engagement.

Quotes and orders

Factory replies remain offers from the named supplier. Price, lead time, packing and attached documents stay subject to that reply. This desk does not guarantee acceptance, shipment or destination clearance. You choose the supplier and the commercial terms. No page on this site publishes a lowest-price promise or a market-discount percentage.

Information you send

You confirm that the specifications, quantities and destination notes you submit are accurate enough to request quotes. Do not send personal data that is not needed to specify a freight elevator order. Drawings can be mentioned in the requirement text and shared later if a live channel exists.

Limitation

Pages are procurement guidance. They are not lifting instructions, a duty-class certificate or a substitute for the model file attached to a quote. US law that applies to the destination still sits with the buyer and the named supplier. Freight Elevator Sourcing is not the manufacturer of any listed inquiry option.
