Privacy Policy — Freight Elevator Sourcing
Freight Elevator Sourcing collects inquiry fields so a written freight elevator brief can be restated to factories when a live endpoint exists. This page describes that intended use. It is not a claim that a production mailbox, CRM or analytics stack is already connected.
Fields we ask for
The form uses name, work email, optional phone, optional company and a procurement requirement. Optional budget and supplier preference are helper controls. When JavaScript is on, those helpers are merged into the requirement field at submit time. They do not add backend field names.
How the brief may be used
If a production inquiry endpoint is later confirmed, the desk may share the written requirement with factories that can answer the same capacity, geometry and destination line. We do not sell inquiry contents as a mailing list. We do not publish your company name as a case study unless you later provide that evidence in writing.
What we do not collect here
There is no file-upload field. Do not paste payment card numbers into the requirement box. Street addresses are not published on the contact page, and we do not ask for a walk-in visit.
Retention and requests
Retention depends on the live endpoint, which is not evidenced on this static site. If you need a submitted brief corrected, use the same work email on a new message and say which fields changed. Legal notices about this policy can be sent through the inquiry form with the subject stated in the requirement text.
